Basic Strategy - A strategy used in Blackjack to determine what your action (hit, Stand, Double, Split)
should be by compairing your hand value to the value of the dealers up card. Each different type of Blackjack has
its own Basic Strategy and can dramatically shift the odds towards the player. If used perfectly Basic Strategy could
make the odds almost even or slightly in the players favour.
The dealer must stand on 17 and hit on 16. Splitting Aces is allowed but you will only be able to hit once for each split Ace. A Split hand can not be dealt a Blackjack. You can double down only on an initial hand value of 9, 10, or 11. Lastly Insurance is available if the Dealer's up card is an Ace.
